todays look into the shop

what a difference a day makes, I have been at the shop most of today, putting out what stock I have, I am still waiting on a couple of orders.  I also need to get to work on some handmade stock.  there is still so much to be done.  it's looks better everyday.

work is progressing well I had a beautiful french gray cabinet put in last night along with some more stock.

here are some of the dress forms I have I am still trying to find some more, It's not easy to find them the vintage ones I mean. I also have a couple of large one's that will display the handmade aprons that my friend Julie makes.





today the counter should go in along with another load of stock, I will move the fabric from old petrie town to the shop at lawnton today

we also have an old school desk that need to go in. (i don't have a photo of that one yet)

I have been away all weekend at a doll and bear show.  My wonderful husband painted the shop for me and the kids started putting in the furniture I poped down this morning to take some more photos.



I love the colour of the paint.

A beautiful day at old Petrie Town

it was a beautiful day at old petrie town today for the shop, My daughter Paris was there to run the shop today as I was at a doll and bear show. Julie and I had an amazing weekend at the dolll and bear show here in brisbane.  the shop is going well my wonderful husband has painted the shop and the kids helped put in most of the furniture while I was at the bear show.  I will take some more photos tomorrow for you all to look at.  It really is coming together well.

the weather has not been the best with the rain it keeps people away from visiting, so it was a quiet day at the shop today, I did get a lot of work done.  So that is a good think
